Consider bringing a suitcase with wheels due to the stairs at the entrance, as it can be challenging with heavy luggage.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
Our stay was marred by numerous maintenance issues. The bathroom had a persistent urine smell, which was quite disturbing. Additionally, the room felt unclean with dust and rusted parts, making it hard to relax and enjoy our visit.

Spacious rooms and helpful service!
We had a great experience during our stay. The Standard Twin Room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, accommodating our family of five comfortably. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Inaricho station and within easy reach of Ueno Park and various restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful, even allowing us to stay without extra charges for our kids. One thing to keep in mind is the WiFi was a bit unreliable at times.

Located just a short walk from Ueno station, this hotel is in a safe and quiet area with plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby area provides a welcoming atmosphere, though the room felt a bit cramped and dim for my preference. Breakfast was adequate, but clearer food labels would enhance the experience for non-Japanese-speaking guests. I appreciated the convenience of being close to local shops, including a 7-Eleven for quick snacks and drinks.
